I went in for a haircut and the girl that cut my hair didn’t cut it right and it was choppy and uneven. I contacted Supercuts and they told me I could come in for a refund or have the manager redo it. Judith the manager did a wonderful job and redoing my hair and she corrected what the other girl did.
