Aerial silks here with Shaniqua is a blast. She keeps her classes accessible for people of all skill levels and creates an atmosphere of health, fun, and community. I would highly recommend adding on of her silks classes to your weekly workout routine!
I met Valerie in 2016 for intro class. Of course I was nervous however, she quickly made me feel very comfortable. She showed me poses that are performed in class and breathing techniques. I went there for years. Then life happened. But, last October I found my way back. You will be hard pressed to find such attentive teachers. Valerie spectacular I absolutely adore her. Most of my classes fall on Eric's schedule, he is absolutely a treasure. He really challenges us. He has a very high energy for life and a talent for yoga. If you are looking for yoga aerial yoga and so much more. Give Sundance a visit I promise you won't be sorry.
Pleasant studio overall , we signed up for class with Luba / Lioubov and enjoyed her lessons a lot . She offered a mixture of tai chi / yoga / and another Japanese health system we have not heard about before . If you are looking for something new and potential health benefits would highly recommend !
