Awesome gym to workout, very clean. The owner and coaches are fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful.
StrongFound is the absolute best training facility I've ever been to or even heard of. From the pre and post workout stretching to the encouragement from the group setting everything is excellent. Seena and his associates are wonderful to be around. I can't recommend high enough. If you are looking for a place to train you shouldn't look further than StrongFound.
