Called yesterday to schedule an appt after another company looked at my system and wanted to charge me what i considered a ridiculous amount.
Raymond, with Stalwart, showed up first thing today and examined the system, identified the problem that the previous company completely missed and quickly fixed the system. He saved me a considerable amount of money and was the most professional technician i’ve ever dealt with. Give the guy a raise. Thanks Raymond.
Raymond was super great today when he came out to work on my AC ,he was punctual,informative and transparent.Couldn't have asked for more. And this is a second time I've used Stalwart, and i'm thoroughly impressed.
Ato is the exact definition of his companies name: (Stalwart refers to someone or something that is loyal, reliable, and hardworking). I have been having on going AC issues for a year! In the last month it finally went out on me. However no other technician could actually tell me what the real issue was and solve it with a reasonable price. Until I was referred to Ato. He was professional in communication and proper receipts and patience to explain the whole process. With his work and how the process went, I feel comfortable to call him back and even purchase the maintenance package. I mean wow, Above and beyond!
