Mike was great this morning. He was more than happy to talk me through bits and pieces of the AC, as well as preventative maintenance.Turns out nothing was wrong with my unit, which is great. Super helpful, and will definitely call Stalwart Air back if I have any future issues.Thank you!
Michael was very helpful in diagnosing several issues, as well as giving us some direction on what to do with our aging units. With the weekend being hard for warranty companies to assist home owners with, Stalwart was both an affordable option and a timely option for what would have otherwise been a full weekend without upstairs AC. The professionalism was great, as well as the education received during Michael's visit, at a price 25% less than our warranty service coming out where we don't even get a say in who is looking at the unit. Wanted to give Michael kudos for his work and timely arrival.
