I had an absolutely amazing experience as a new patient at Shadow Creek Cosmetic & Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel so welcome; it honestly felt less like a dental visit and more like catching up with longtime friends. Everyone was incredibly kind, pleasant, and genuinely caring.
Dr. Washington truly exceeded all expectations. He was extremely thorough, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. What stood out most was how seriously he took my concerns. He approached them as if they were his own and made sure I felt heard, comfortable, and fully taken care of every step of the way. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and is passionate about what he does.
If you’re looking for a dental office where you’ll feel valued, respected, and well cared for, I can’t recommend Shadow Creek Cosmetic & Family Dentistry enough. This was hands down one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had!

Excellent Service. Dr Lockhart and his Team take there work seriously. They are extremely transparent in everything they do from X-rays, diagnostic and treatment. The front desk staff is friendly, sociable and supportive through out your visit. The Equipment is high tech, updated and the best of the best. My only concern was I didn't sense the Tech was as concern about safety. I felt I had to coach her on using the X-ray protective shields. She was on the other hand alert, friendly and delightful to work with. Cost was somewhat high but unfortunately nothing is cheap these days. The Provider was also OON with my insurance plan. The Dentist was straight forward with expectations, treatment, recommendations and possible outcomes. I got copies of the X-rays and recommended treatment plan along with estimated cost. They hid nothing -- Great Team!!

I am always treated with dignity and care with Dr. Robert Lockhart and his wonderful staff! It is always worth my time! He and his staff served with professionalism and excellence. They know what they are doing. In fact, it is like being with family. I am so grateful for them . You don't have to worry because Dr. Lockhart and his staff will take quality care of you and all of your dentistry needs! It is a place that you can heartedly trust!!!!

It’s anyways a pleasure to see my dentist Dr. Justin Washington he’s super sweet and he’s definitely knowledgeable of his work been going to him for 10 plus years now never had a issue with nothing it always feeling like family there!
