I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and this team. After four months of treatment, I had my final session a few days ago, and the care I received was exceptional from beginning to end. Dr. Xi, Kaylee, Benecia, Robert, and Karen were all phenomenal.
Dr. Xi was outstanding. She listened patiently to my entire long, rambling history of an injury I had put off dealing with for far too long, and she never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I just want to say how amazing everyone was — so caring, so kind, and genuinely sweet. Every time I came in, I knew I’d be surrounded by great company, good conversations, and even better advice — whether it was about travel tips, stores to check out, or restaurant recommendations. The patients were wonderful too; the PTs, receptionist,students and patients always had such uplifting talks.
