So I was previously living in a hotel that had a roach problem and the Orkin people came out and they took care of it quick and in a hurry. So when I moved into my new spot an apartment, That had a slight roach problem. Of course. The first people I called was the orkin man lol. Not only was the pricing way reasonable. I expected to pay so much more but the technician that came out, Ryan, was not only very thorough but was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. We have been using Orkin for 2 years now and we have not had a single problem. In the beginning, if I found a dead bug that I didn’t recognize I would call and send them a picture of it and they would send a tech out each time to check the house and let me know everything is ok. After the first 6 months of service, I haven’t called them for anything. They are here every 3 months and never have a problem if I need to reschedule. Brent is always punctual and attentive to any concerns we may have and we appreciate his expertise.
