A technician introduced himself, went over paperwork, and sprayed all rooms and outside, then underneath a mobile home. He will call in 7 days if roaches are seen and will return at no charge. If no live roaches are seen, he will be back every 2 months.
My experience working with Robert Holmes, the licensed inspector at Orkin, was phenomenal. I called 5 other companies in the Houston area and none were nearly as helpful as Robert. His knowledge and his ability to identify termite activity and offer solutions is unmatched. On top of it all, he’s probably one of the most genuine guys in the business and is worth his weight in gold. Having folks like Robert at your business is a recipe for success because customers like myself flock back to your business. 5 stars.
