I’m pretty impressed! I recently brought my laptop in for service. This was the only authorized Apple repair place that I was able to get an appointment at on same day that my laptop ports were broken. (About 30 minutes before they closed too). They took my laptop in, gave me an estimate of different potential price points based on different scenarios of what the problem of my device could be. After taking my device, they diagnosed it and sent me progress updates via texts throughout the entire process. Okay, so you know I generally only share when I’ve encountered exceptional quality, service, and value.Without a doubt, Bradley and mobilekangaroo (Pearland) merit such high marks.Prompt, friendly, helpful, responsive service that’s remarkably low priced…really, I kid you not, I was shocked at the value I received.mobilekangaroo is an Apple authorized service provider that repairs all years, makes, and models of Apple phones and computers. mobilekangaroo is OPEN for business!! YELP is mistaken... I'm not sure why YELP showed this business as closed. We were there today (Dec 2023). This marks our 2nd time at mobilekangaroo. Today's trip was for a MacBook Pro issue and an iPhone problem. Bradley is still here and still ever helpful, I'm going to share some of what I've already written about Mobile Kangaroo when we visited to repair my MacBook Air in Nov 2023. [It's kind of long.
