I wanted to leave a review for my nail tech Tran! She was so amazing. We had the best conversation and my nails came out super cute! I got an acrylic overlay with abstract lines.

It's clear that the male manager is an entrepreneur. He understands the importance of keeping a customer and making money over dealing with emotions. I'm a business owner also and I understand the value of the costumer experience and it's impact on my bottom line. I also know what impact a negative review can have on your business. When I contacted him today, he immediately said that he wanted to repair the situation in order to keep me as a customer. That's a business man. Money speaks louder then having an unhappy customer. They did my nails perfect. I got a pedicure, French tip powder & eyebrows. I don’t even know the names of the ladies that serviced me but it was perfect. Relaxing and great experience
