The area is nice which brings decent crowd. It is kept clean on a daily basis. The manager changed is a welcoming chap and offers to help. Sauna is good and lockers are sufficient. The front desk people have changed drastically to a lower standards. Unpleasant voice of ladies announcing how much time is left for shutting down. Machines get broken and takes forever to get fixed.

I had a lovely workout today. The employees were very helpful in showing me different machines and cleaning the workout areas. Laura and another older gentleman (sorry, I never got your name!)were great. I highly recommend this LA fitness location!

Krislyn, waa the best , patient caring , & most helpful lady. Thank goodness for her! Christisn was thr 1st to greet my friend & I. He showed us around the gym,. He was so polite & helpful. We appreciate him very much.
