The area is nice which brings decent crowd. It is kept clean on a daily basis. The manager changed is a welcoming chap and offers to help. Sauna is good and lockers are sufficient. The front desk people have changed drastically to a lower standards. Unpleasant voice of ladies announcing how much time is left for shutting down. Machines get broken and takes forever to get fixed.

I had a lovely workout today. The employees were very helpful in showing me different machines and cleaning the workout areas. Laura and another older gentleman (sorry, I never got your name!)were great. I highly recommend this LA fitness location!

LA Fitness in pearland is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to, and a big reason for that is the management. Chris he helped me get a membership pass and he was so nice.

I came in late this afternoon to join up. Todd and Chris was so gracious and wonderful they work with me. Very patient , helped me to understand what plans I needed how to set up my phone for my entry and just helpful all the way around. I appreciate it their help.
