Stephen was at my house the next day after calling. He was so courteous and made this mess so much easier to deal with. The carpet was so bad that I thought I'd have to replace it. A quick cleaning and it looks fantastic!

There was a small area of our carpet that had been damaged. Jetty was able to repair it and clean all of our carpets successfully. They are efficient and a very capable carpet care company.

Very professional, polite, and communicative. Did a thorough walk through before and after, and pointed out any areas of concerns or issues. The service from the initial call to schedule to the completion was great. Received text/calls to confirm and kept me updated on time of arrival and was actually earlier than expected. Will definitely use again the next time and will refer anyone that’s in need to call Jetty. Thank you for the great service!
