Mr. John was able to identify the problem with my laptop(broken hinge) and knew exactly how he was going to fix it in minutes and not only did he fix my laptop in a couple of hours, he charged a very reasonable price for the service and short turnaround time. I would recommend Mr. John to ANYONE who has any issue whether it’s hardware and/or software with their computer or laptop

The last week of July '24, I arrived in Pearland, Texas for an important 2-day meeting. Somehow, I managed to crack the screen on my laptop during my flight. Needless to say, I was very upset with myself and my situation. I was referred to John's repair shop by a local resident. I arrived at his shop around 3:30 p.m. I explained the emergency nature of my situation. A very calm John told me to give him some time to work on it, and that he would call me with news later.
