Update: Dr Shah moved to Chicago and I just saw Dr Shen in his place. I’m just as impressed with Dr Shen and will keep seeing him. He’s excellent and the five star rating remains.
I’m always confident of the care Dr Shah has given me because he explains everything in layperson’s language so I can really understand what is going on with my eyes and not be afraid if I need a routine procedure or a change in medication. Such a difference from some experiences I’ve had in the past! I highly recommend him for cataract surgery and ongoing glaucoma care.
Pleased with the attention and the service. Appreciate that the office worker do not just stare at patient as they walk in and they are very aware of the patient presence. Great customer service. Appreciation to this office.
