My spouse and I have been searching for a new dentist. They took my insurance and are a very friendly staff. Very professional service and they confirmed issues I was aware of from previous dentists. So no extra things were pushed. The staff has longevity and we were told they have very low turnover. I really prefer to have the same hygienist every time I visit. My spouse had Dr Dao and I had Dr Epperson. We were both very pleased. This is our new dental office. My hygienist was Makenzie.
I lost my last Dentist that i had for years when he sold his practice. I lucked up on Dr Dao and his team and immediately felt like i didnt need to search any longer for a Dentist. Main advantage being that i have an awesome Hygienist Alison. Always smiling, always accommodating and i was impressed that after just one visit she remembered my dog, what i did for work. I wasn't just another patient coming in for a cleaning. They do great work there and i am lucky to have both Alison and Dr Dao taking care of my teeth.
I am very afraid of the dentist, to the point that I put off a toothache until it was something serious. I went to see Dr. Epperson at this office. I was freaked out and nervous, but he was so kind and so patient he calmed me down! Everyone in the office was very friendly, and the office is gorgeous, cozy and inviting. I have to go back for more appointments due to the severity of the problem, but I’m not even stressed about it! Thank you!
