Have used Dalton AC several times and they are amazing. Very honest and easy to communicate with. From the sweet person who answers the phone and sets up the appointment to the actual repair people- just a high quality company with integrity.
Wow!Dalton is amazing and so is Charlie! Our unit stopped cooling-I called and it was after 5 so I was expecting to leave a message . Cadie answered and booked an appointment and Charlie was on site by noon the next day to find the unit had a coil leak. The next morning Charlie was here to get the crew started and a new unit was installed in 3 hours! We were offered a great new purchase price with 10 year warranty and we are cool again! Charlie called to make sure all went well for us and Cadie has sent us all the warranty papers and filed the manufacturer warranty. This company cares about their customers! Highly recommend their VIP program.
