This place has to be the best mechanic shop in the greater Houston area!!! You walk in thy make you feel welcomed like thy are not out for your money I have so much respect for these ppl! And the wonderful customer service at the front desk is just professional as they can get!
Oh and when you walk in just know you will be greeted by a lovely dog ?

Highly recommend!! Destenie and Joe working the front desk, are awesome and honest! I met the owners and everyone was so nice!! I did need my transmission repaired and they were honest with me about my car, flushed it, but I was advised to get a rid of my Nissan. And I did!!

Before going to Cruz-N-Cars, I went to 3 other places and they all tried to rip me off. The previous shop (Ensenada Car Service) recommended me to completely replace the front and rear "ball joints" on my car which would cost almost $1,000. All I needed was an alignment because I changed my tires.
The guy at Cruz-N-Cars (Bryant) was so wonderful, he took me under my car and showed me that there was nothing wrong with my car's ball joints.
I got the alignment and oil change done for $150 and had wonderful and fair customer service - thanks Bryant, you deserve a raise! hahahahha
