"John" was polite, personable, and very helpful. He took the time to explain the issues with my car both over the phone and in person. Cruz N Carz also sent me an inspection report via email with photos and an estimate report. I went in for just an alignment and got a completely free detailed diagnosis of my car. Now I can make informed decisions about how much I want to invest in my car going forward.The staff put a carpet floor protector and a steering wheel cover to keep my car's interior clean during their inspection.The waiting room was nice and had free coffee and Wi-Fi. My only suggestion would be to have a desk in the waiting area to be able to do computer work.

Amazing service, I walked in with anxiety and stress about my car and John put me at ease. He told me everything was going to work out and he held his word! Just moved to Houston and highly recommend! Trustworthy, great customer service and the dog that greets you at the entrance is the tip of the iceberg! Will definitely be going back for any other repairs I need!

We took our daughter’s jeep to get checked for over heating. They found the problem plus saw some wires that needed to be replaced. We’re super happy with the customer service we received and the quick fix. Thanks guys!!!
