Received a text to set up appointment, and was asked which insurance I had. Was told they took my insurance. Arrived to my appointment the next day (red flag #1 was the lady at the front desk took a picture of my ID with her personal cell phone and didn't ask to see my insurance card...why?) , they took 19 x-rays of my mouth, and before fixing my problem i got pulled out of the room and was told they actually don't take my insurance and then proceeded to bill me $658.

I went in for a extraction of a considered tooth. I was really nervous but the staff immediately knew why I was there and considered my attention. I was helped with every question and they said " yes sir and no sir." Surely rare to find this in my lifetime.The surgery was easy and medication questions were already considered. kindly go back. Beautiful!
