Needed an inspection of a new house prior to closing. Bryan and Bryan inspector Kyle arrived on time on a Saturday and inspected the property. I went by the house and spoke with Kyle who was kind, courteous and respectful. Kyle appeared to be very knowledgeable and was in the middle of inspecting the property yet he took time to stop and speak to me about his findings. I would recommend Bryan and Bryan to anyone needing a home inspection

I cannot say enough great things about Alex Gregory with Bryan & Bryan Inspections! From start to finish, Alex was absolutely amazing. He arrived promptly, communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process, and was incredibly friendly and professional.
What impressed me most was how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the property and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and address every concern I had.
