THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL. I THOUGHT MY CUSTOM PLATES DELIVERED HERE, BUT THEY HADN'T AND THE REP CALLED AROUND, FOUND THEM, AND EVEN MADE SURE I KNEW THE RIGHT PLACE TO GO TO PICK THEM UP, NOT ONLY ADDRESS BUT SPECIFICS ON WHAT TO DO WHEN I ARRIVED THERE.
I want to highlight the excellent service at the post office, especially from Veronica. She was very diligent, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I fully understood without feeling rushed.
It’s not common to find such dedicated customer service nowadays, and it truly makes a difference. Thanks to people like her, the experience at this location is outstanding. Highly recommended!
Professional-friendly and patient. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you make a mistake they don't get an attitude. Instead they help you sort things out while being so kind while maintaining professionalism. I'm very impressed.
