I’m so happy I came in! The customer service is truly top tier. Elise was amazing and got me in right away as a walk-in. I received a great shampoo and deep conditioning treatment with the hair steamer, and I love that they cater to all hair types and textures. Shai did my blowout and I’m beyond happy with how it turned out! They also offer memberships—and yes, I joined!

Always a FABULOUS experience! Have been a member for 2 years and I have never encounter a problem. Elise always leave me looking awesome and feeling recharged ! The ladies do a great job keeping this location clean and organized.

I booked to get my hair blown out today because I knew I would be taking my braids out. What could have easily become a nightmare when I arrived, and the stylist assigned to me had a horrible attitude Elise turned around. I normally get my hair washed with a peppermint shampoo (something blo blow dry started me on about a year ago due to my psoriasis of the scalp). I asked the stylist assigned to do my hair for the shampoo and she quickly said they dont carry Peppermint Shampoo. I was confused because I get my hair washed with it EVERYTIME I COME.
