Destiny was amazing she was super nice. I got my belly button redone and i barely felt it.

We had a 3:00 appointment with Jesse. We arrived on time and after 15 mins was escorted to the back. Destiny was nice enough to service us as Jesse didn’t arrive until 21 mins into our appointment. He was not apologetic for being late and was just nonchalant about the whole thing. Destiny was friendly and calm and I really appreciate Destiny accommodating us.

Took my 18 year old to get his ears pierced and we were greeted warmly when we entered and told that there would be a short wait. Once we got to the back, the piercer was very patient and professional, explaining every step of the process as we went. Both ears looked well centered, even though my kid has uneven earlobes.

⚠️EYEBROW & SEPTUM DONE HORRIBLY⚠️

I got my eyebrow piercing done by Destiny and the bar that was initially put in was way too short and after 3 weeks, it was still very bruised and very swollen and it looked like the jewelry was sinking into my skin. I went to the shop and asked her for new jewelry and she seemed kind of reluctant and tried to brush me off so I basically had to beg to get a new bar. The bar she gave me was longer but it seemed to also not be the correct size because it was sticking out really far on both ends and my eyebrow was still swollen so I knew that when the swelling would go down, the bar would look even longer. Eventually I went to 713 and had them replace the jewelry because I didn’t want to come back here and not be properly assisted. When the jewelry was replaced, it seemed my eyebrow was in a lot of pain but I assumed this was because it wasn’t fully healed yet because unfortunately all the changes to the jewelry gave it a lot of preventable trauma. This was pretty bad since it was all in a barely four month span of time. Now I have taken my eyebrow piercing out and there is scarring underneath my skin that I will have to pay lots of money to get treated for it because I also have nerve damage in the area. Lastly I also wanted to mention that my septum was also pierced by her and it’s very crooked to where the hoop in my nose is sitting in a diagonal angle. Will not be coming back again and I have warned many people against this careless shop. I included pictures of how everything looks now.

EDIT: i should’ve clarified a little bit better but i went inside a few times in those 3 weeks but i was turned away because allegedly it looked “fine”. i’m aware that eyebrow piercings are supposed to leave scars but what i have seems a little severe for the amount of time i had it in for (majority of it is under the skin so you can’t see it in the picture very well). the piercings were not fixed by 713, just the jewelry was changed so everything you see in the pictures was done here. regarding the long eyebrow jewelry, i understand it’s supposed to be long to combat the swelling but i remember that when i got it changed, i was given one that truly was too long because the correct size was not available and i was told that. there were 1-2 missing bar lengths from what i was supposed to get and what i got.

Fast and clean, got a piercing I've been wanting. And had a consultation about some cover up work.
