Bay Area Roofers just replaced my 14 year old roof with an absolutely beautiful new roof.

I signed the contract with Brayden on Thursday and the next Tuesday, Herminio and his fabulous crew put on my new roof.

I must admit that I was a little nervous as this was my first time having to replace a roof.

However, Nathan, the owner, was beyond kind to explain on how the process worked and even told me to contact him if I had any further questions.

An owner who took the time to speak to me, the client, and put me at ease was truly impressive.

Brayden even showed up twice to my home during the roofing process to ensure that everything was going well and if I had any issues. That is professionalism at its very best.

From the very beginning to the very end it was an extremely professional and smooth process.

Herminio and the entire crew who put on my new roof were outstanding.

Everyone at Bay Area Roofers are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and kind hearted.

I am overjoyed with my beautiful new roof.

I even spoke to Brayden about painting the outside of my house in the fall and Bay Area Roofers definitely have the job.

They even went the extra mile by connecting us with their gutter specialists to extend our existing system. Their pricing is competitive, but their quality of work is truly beyond excellent. The customer service from the entire crew and staff was world-class!

Bay Area Roofers completed what we’d call a large scale maintenance project on our home which included replacing wood with HP, painting, new roof installation and gutters. They were amazing from start to finish, including the initial sales contact, actual work and follow up and customer service to ensure all needs were met. I highly recommend them.

Karl provided a clear and thorough estimate and explained the materials being used as well as the warranties around both the materials and the workmanship. Sam did a great job with scheduling, confirming colors, etc. and Herminio did a great job managing the work onsite. The quality of the roof looks excellent, and reflects not only the quality materials but most of all the experience of the installers and those managing the project.
