I love Ms. Kathleen! I met her in 2000!! I know it wasn't an accident. She cut my hair and I am so happy. My hair was cut a couple of days ago. She cut it the way she wanted to, and it looks so great!!!
This is a place that cuts your hair well and gives an amicable feel all the while. Never have I seen a place where the boss, staff, and all the customers can have a single conversations WHILE the cuts are getting done well. One or the other, I've experienced many times, but the spirit of Shear Delight is unique.
