Next Level in Pasadena is by far one of the best urgent care/clinics that I've ever been to. They are prompt, kind, and have clean facilities, which will have me coming back year after year.
I was very sick when I arrived, I had a terrible headache and was vomiting over and over; they immediately did what they could to make me feel comfortable while I waited to see a doctor. Everyone there was kind to me, the doctor was very good at listening to my concerns and gave me much medication. Thank you for your kindness.
The staff is amazing! They are polite and very helpful. They assessed and handled my situation immediately!! I told my coworkers about them they all agreed that the office is great!! Not a one of us had anything negative to say!! Highly recommend for urgent care!
