Hector came to the house and was very pleasant. He reviewed and listened to what we were wanting as far as the ac unit. He took his time to ensure we got what we needed and was pleased.
Kirt arrived Sunday morning for emergency service since our AC stopped blowing air on Saturday night. He was professional and upfront about what needed to be repaired. He was able to get the part, blower fan, and a few hours later our AC was working again. We have been using Air Tech of Pasadena-Miles service for many years now for our AC work and plumbing. Great company and professional techs!
6/3/26- I've had a recurring problem with my a/c condensate not draining to the primary drain and going to the secondary pan. Daniel Lampson figured out the unusual problem, and I give him credit for considering the history and coming up with a creative solution.
4/9/26- Spring air conditioner checkup by AirTech was done by Jaret Campbell. Scheduled arrival was on time and he was very thorough and communicative.
