I was excited that I had won a free haircut and toner on a recent raffle on instagram,I called Meraki salon and Karen called me back to schedule an appointment initially the appointment was for Saturday at 2pm she also mentioned she had availability on Thursday @9 am,waited for her Thursday morningfor about 30mins then decide to call her and let her know I was there,the call went to Voice mail then I received a text from her saying she had an appointment with a lender and that my appointment was not til 2pm amd I told her no it wasn’t we had agreed on 9am,she mention 2pm was available then i said ok I’ll come back at 2:pm later she send another text changing the...read full review

I do not recommend this salon due to their unprofessional customer service.I have gotten my hair done by the owner (Karen) she talks about every client after they leave and get their service done.They also over process the hair to their desire and tell you your hair is or was already damaged.Please avoid this salon.

Horrible experience! The owner over processed my hair and gave me an uneven balayage which had to be corrected by an actual PROFESSIONAL salon! Please avoid coming to Meraki Salon unless you want to look like a carrot.
