First off this place is very clean, the staff was all very nice, check in process is easy.Second, the dental hygienist Kouazou was so sweet, she took her time to explain the process and even explained the terminology she would be using to help me understand. When it came to doing my cleaning it was very flawless and I could tell she was very confident in her skills which put me at ease!Third, when Dr.Patel came in to evaluate me and discuss the finding of my images she sat next to me and approached me in such a professional yet caring manner. I really enjoy my service at this facility. The team is so helpful and kind, I like the way they explain everything to you and breakdown what’s going on with your treatment plan. The dental hygienist is thorough with her work and the orthodontist walks you through the process. So overall great experience!!
Definitely recommend this office to anyone. The staff here are so nice. I was very nervous at first. Alicia and Vanessa were very attentive during my visit. Thank you for everything.
