Geek Squad provides friendly, professional, and good service for phone repairs like battery replacement and screen repair. The price is reasonable. However, the wait time is horrible even with an appointment. Repairs can be completed in about two hours or by the next day, though parts for newer phones may take a week to arrive. Staff are awesome, take their time to help, and handle devices well. There can be occasional confusion, but issues get fixed. Customers report not getting scammed and express being very happy with the repair work.
My wife took her iPhone here and didn't get scammed from geek squad they were friendly and replaced her battery in about 2 hours before the store closed that day and they were 3 hours away from closing and the price was reasonable
I needed a screen repair and came here to get it done. When I came to my first appointment, I was told they didn't have the part and it would take a week to get it in. Understandable, since my phone is still considered new and it would be expensive. I was told when they call me, I'll be able to come in to drop my phone off. There was a bit of confusion the week after I came in; but it was fixed. Luckily, it took only the next day for my phone to be ready. They handled my phone so well that I was very happy with the repair.
Chuck did a great job reinstalling my dash cam. How I wish I'd gone to him in the first place! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and I felt safe.(My apologies if I got his name wrong. I'm 99% sure it was Chuck!) Anyway, he was there on Friday 8/21 for my 12:15 appointment)
