Had Chris Inspect a home for me that we had under contract! not only did he come within 24 hours, he was super detailed, gave us a very clear and concise list of deficiencies and was super friendly and patient with all our questions! definitely recommend that is you are buying a home in Houston you use Game Time Inspections!

Chris has recently done the inspections on four homes Ive had under contract. He is super thorough and knowledgeable and always takes the time to go over with me, the Realtor, at the end, everything that he observed. He also takes the time to talk to the client and answer any questions they have as well as explains things in layman‘s terms. Showed up on time and did a great job with the inspection. He found things that we were able to get the owner to fix which saved us a lot of money and headaches down the road. The report was detailed and lots of pictures of the issues. Very satisfied with the service we received. Will use again in the future.
