Always great service, I enjoy taking my vehicles to ETA they’re very honest and always gets it done in a timely manner. They always look over your vehicle even if you’re just there for an oil change and will let you know if there’s anything else you need. You know they’re being honest because they will bring you into the shop and show you the problem. Thank you ETA for great customer service!
Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be challenging these days, but after several recommendations, I decided to take my vehicle to ETA for an oil seal leak repair. The service was fast, the quality of work was outstanding, and the price was very fair for the repairs completed. Amir and his team went above and beyond my expectations and have definitely earned my loyalty for future visits. ETA truly represents what a family-owned small business should be: honest, reliable, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend E.T.A. Automotive enough. After my car was stolen, I was stressed and overwhelmed, and they immediately made the process feel manageable. They accepted my vehicle without hesitation and had it fully repaired and back on the road in just 4 days and that even included one day they were closed!!
They were by far the most cost-effective option, but what truly stood out was their kindness and integrity. They went above and beyond to keep both my cost and downtime as low as possible, explaining everything clearly and never making me feel taken advantage of during a really vulnerable situation.
