These people fucking suck Regina is awful when it comes to charging you I ordered the same contacts that where already on my chart thru the phone and pain thru the phone Regina rang me up said ok you're clear just wait for our call to pick them up. I went to pick them up and they're saying I still owe $75 because Regina charged me for the wrong ones!! I didn't go with any money because I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THEM!!! They claimed they called me several times, but I never got any missed calls from them, in fact I had called them a few days before I picked them up to ask if they were ready and NOTHING was said to me about a remaining balance !! Forcing patients to pay for "services" that are NOT required for a routine eye exam is completely unacceptable. When I said no to their alternative eye dilation test/procedure, they refused to allow me to get my eye exam. I was told that their doctor requires this and I have to or they won't see me. Sooo trying to suck more money from your patients when they should have a choice of getting a procedure done or not? Bad business. Beware of this place.

I have been their patient for 15 years. They are kind, patient, and very thorough. I buy both contacts and glasses from them. Highly recommend!
