Miguel was very professional and thorough in the plumbing inspection. He explained everything he was going to do. He also explained the results in an easy to understand manner. Miguel is a great asset to Champion and Nash.
We really want to thank Champion & Nash for incredible service today, specifically Miguel. Our water heater began acting up after years without proper maintenance (lesson learned), and Miguel came out ASAP to diagnose and repair the problem. He walked me through every step and described the various paths we might take depending on what he found in the tank and in the water he drained. Because I had the various outcomes before he even had taken a look at the tank, I never felt taken advantage of and knew as soon as I saw the sediment, corrosion, and buildup that replacement was the best choice for us. Jabari called when he was about 45 minutes away. He arrived in time and was very courteous. He was very gracious when my dog Ricky came to greet him. He was quick and what seemed to me to be very efficient. He informed me that my duct work could be replaced, which is true because the last time it was done was about 20 years ago. He also informed me of a sunscreen product that would help with efficiency. He then proceeded to the outside unit and check the coils etc. He had also reviewed my previous services to ensure all was working correctly. Highly recommend Jabari and Lakota (previous tech).
