I use my Rainbow for commercial cleaning and they take a beating almost daily several times a day. I've taken it in for maintenance and minor repairs and also parts. The warranty covered the first 2/3 years and now I pay for parts but Paul is amazing at repairing, he really knows his stuff. I stand and watch as he repairs. Each time I have been here, I get exceptional service. Old or new, he can fix them all! I absolutely love my Rainbow vacuum. I have one that's over 20 years old and still works like a charm. My newest one works just as well. Super suction and I love how easily the hose detached to vacuum furniture, drapes and even reach the corners of a room... read full review
