I had been without a/c in my home for 13 days. Had to spend 6 nights in hotel because I was feeling sick other nights with friends. Chris was very kind and polite explaining the situation with my unit, communicating with warrenty Co and ordering parts. He scheduled with me to come and stayed over four hours and completed the job.
