My experience with vivi was PHENOMENAL!!! I was going from years of black box dye to blonde ( I know…scary). Vivi was very transparent with me about keeping my expectations realistic but she assured me we would go as far as my hair allowed us to. She was so easy to talk to and made the entire experience so enjoyable. And she absolutely slayed my hair! It was so much better than I ever imagined. I’ll never let anyone else color my hair. Definitely top tier…chefs kiss.

She was not only skilled but also incredibly attentive throughout the entire visit. She made sure I was comfortable, even asking if I wanted water or coffee, which made the experience feel extra special.
