I use these guys both at the non-profit I manage & at the church where I'm the pastor. The word Professional in their business name perfectly identifies the level of competent, quality service we receive. Professional. Anything we need is done right with excellent communication throughout. Explanation of why something needs to be done, how much it will cost, and then terrific follow-up. Working out of town. Laptop went out. Took it to PBS. Staff immediately looked at the system and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Customer service is awesome, technicians, knowledgeable. I don't know of any other business that would have taken the time to get it fixed without leaving it for days. Excellent business. Excellent customer service!

These guys are totally AWESOME!!! I called these guys to come over to Precision Automotive to work on our Sharp Copier and within an hour they were here. Now here is the kicker... They don't normally work on Sharp, but they got us fixed up and the copier is copying and printing flawlessly. Thanks a bunch Professional Business Systems. You guys...TOTALLY ROCK!!!
