The staff at this clinic truly care about their patients. Dr. O'Bryan sits with his furry clients, often in the floor, and tries to let them become comfortable with him before taking temperatures and whatnot. I have used this establishment for several years now. No one is more qualified to care for your pet. Highly recommend Dr. O'Bryan and his staff any day! So thankful to have them.
About Paris Veterinary Associates
Paris Veterinary Associates is dedicated to providing true care through thorough, reliable, understanding, and efficient veterinary medicine and surgery. The staff genuinely cares for their patients, with the veterinarians taking extra time to make pets feel comfortable. Dr. O'Bryan, in particular, is noted for his kind approach, often sitting on the floor to engage with pets before examinations. Many clients appreciate the warm and playful interactions between the staff and their animals, highlighting a respectful and attentive atmosphere. However, there is a mention of a negative experience with a receptionist, which contrasts with the overall positive feedback about the veterinary care provided. Despite this, the clinic has garnered strong recommendations for its compassionate service and qualified staff.
Reviews
I I 1st met the good doctor through the ASPCA, when we rescued a starving horse. I was impressed then, but when I brought him my cat for a check up, I was even more impressed. His staff were wonderful, even getting down on the floor with Patch to meet him & engage in play. When the vet came in, he immediately sat down on the floor & waited for Patch to come to him. He was kind & respectful, & acted like Patch was the whole reason he was there that day. While I know that he was actually observing him, I've never had a vet take that much time. It's usually a grab the cat, put him on the table, do what needs to be done, & leave situation- but not here!
We recently had to say goodbye to our dog Emmett. I cannot thank Dr. O'Bryan and his team enough for everything they did. Dr. O'Bryan truly went above and beyond to try to save Emmett. Even though we did not get the outcome we all prayed for, I know that every option was explored to heal Emmett. We also have another dog and two horses that Dr. O'Bryan has cared for with the same compassion that he showed Emmett. Any questions or concerns we have ever had have been addressed throughly. I would recommend Dr. O'Bryan without hesitation to anyone who is seeking a vastly knowledgeable veterinarian who will treat their pet with the utmost compassion.
