My daughter was recently seen through the ER. Dr Dumore was the treating physician and went above and beyond to make sure we had excellent care in a timely manner! The nursing staff was AMAZING! Kudos to all from the ER,Pre-op,Post-op, and med surg! Each new area met us with kindness and a passion for their job! Those are two things that can’t be bought! They are a gift in their profession! Major changes were seen since the last time we have had to go to the ER there and as a nurse myself I can honestly say the changes are GREAT! Dr Elliot (Ortho) is AMAZING his office environment and the personalities of the employees are beyond nice and helpful. Surgery was yesterday they kept me well informed. In recovery at Paris Regional with my 13 year old daughter we got a nurse named Rosaline and she was absolutely without a doubt the sweetest, kindest most relatable fun nurse. She made my daughter feel like it was ok to want or need whatever and didn't act like it was a chore. Had full knee replacement. The staff was great and I mean everyone from the doctors, nurses, nurses aids and food prep and delivery. The meals were delicious the building is clean everything was great. The surgical team was absolutely fantastic!!!! The physical therapist helped me tremendously and are very friendly..
