Came home from work Tuesday and A/C wasn't working properly. Lines were iced over at the unit. Stopped by Paris Air Wednesday morning on the way back to work and submitted a service request. Casey called at 11am and met me at my home. Casey completed a thorough diagnostic and concluded the ECM on the blower motor was bad. They ordered a replacement and Thursday morning Casey returned and replaced the part. It is 9:45am and my home is once again cold. I highly recommend Paris Air. They own a walk-in building right down the street. Local people that live here in Paris. Don't trust some stranger on Facebook Marketplace. I cannot say enough good things about Paris Air Conditioning. I have relied on this company for years to keep my systems maintained or updated. Josh Brown has always exceeded my expectations leaps and bounds. Thank you guys for being so efficient and fast. Especially in emergency situations. 5 star company for sure!
