I went in with my phone completely shut down out of the blue. The store of my phone provider was useless, not to mention not honoring their phone insurance I pay for , plus trying to hustle me out of more money just to keep my own phone number if I were to purchase yet another phone.
iParis Cellphone Repair greeted me with exceptional customer service, listened to everything I had going on with my cellphone and the issues with my phone provider. iParis not only fixed my cellphone but it now functions so much faster. They went WAY above and beyond and it has been very much appreciated.

I’m rating this place a three only because! Nobody there answers their phone I’ve been waiting almost half a month for my console to be repaired. And I called them last Friday and told me it’ll be ready by next week today is Thursday 7/24. And I called back again and no answer. This is really frustrating I understand they get busy but I really want a follow up please understand this as a customers pov.
Thanks to Belinda our problem was solved quickly. She was extremely cordial, informative, and so very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
