Great workers, always very polite and professional. A bit pricy but my leak was repaired without me having to do it. Only bad thing is there is no schedule for dispatch. Your name goes on a board and they work by going to an area, if you are in that area you get a great crew to fix your issue. I have used them twice and will continue, my avg wait from calling in to arrival is about 9 - 10 days and I live in Deport, so probably not that much work inmy geographical area. Cost and wait keepsMe from giving 5 stars.

Called Exum on Monday and they came early Wednesday morning, which is fine. Within about twenty minutes they were finished. The quality of work was good, the price was competitive. This isn't the first time we've used Exum. We aren't ever disappointed. Thank you!!

I realize every plumbing problem is an emergency, but this company was swift and professional. The guys worked diligently to find the problem, it seemed they were not gonna quit until they found it. They worked extremely hard without taking a second for a break. I highly recommend this company.
