My story turned from a nightmare to a dream with Economy AC & Heating. American Home Shield assigned them to us and I can tell you, Dana, was nothing short of amazing. She listened to me, heard what was going on and immediately took action and helped us when NO ONE else would. I would recommend this place a thousand times over and over. Dana takes charge, runs that business well and actually cares about people.The installers were very nice, polite and respectful. Got the job done in a very timely manner and I now have AC again!!!I’m incredibly thankful for Economy AC & Heating. They truly care but please try to be understanding of their profession, especially in the summer. A lot of people have problems and need help “asap” but you can’t take it out on the staff because I’m sure they’re very overwhelmed as well. I just want to say thank you to Dana in the office who was very nice and helpful and Mike for coming out and immediately finding the issue and fixing it. He also checked out our system.... now I am on Economy's preventive service schedule.....I am very satisfied that you got my system up and running so fast. When I called the first time to set up an appointment whomever answered the phone was very rude. I tried to explain our situation and all this person could say is "I'm very busy, no one has air conditioning right now and it was a full moon last night so I'll get to you as soon as I can". Really! This is their customer service people. I will never contact this company for ANY of my needs.I received your reply and you as a business owner should appreciate the fact that American Home Shield is sending business your way. That being said, your customer service sucks. Your didn't even give me a chance to totally explain my concerns. And you have the audacity to tell me that I acted like I was your only customer--- grow up! You cut me off before I could fully explain anything to you. AND I don't care that it was a FULL MOON the night before--- that has nothing whatsoever to do with the fact my ac needed fixing. Selfish??? I don't expect anyone to follow my demands! I just want people to be treated like their concerns matter. And you MY FRIEND truly showed how important the consumer is. I hope you have lots of HAPPY customers in the future. I myself will gladly take my business elsewhere. And for others who are looking for a good, honest and compassionate company please read all of the reviews. I'm not here to take away any companies business, I just want the consumer to be ready for any and all kinds of treatment coming their way. Just always remember that no matter what season it is, or how busy you are someone will always need service in one way or another. Just try to be a little kinder when you HAVE to listen to the person on the other end of the phone explain their problem. Listening is the best way to bring people into your business---UNLESS YOU DON'T NEED THEIR BUSINESS!!!!!!!That's all I'm going to say.

Called Economy AC & Heating and they came out twice to check my AC and both times they advised no problem seen. I then called Stuart’s AC & Heating and they came out found that the blower was hanging low and not sealed. They repaired it with a very reasonable price and resolved my issue. My question to Economy is if you all checked the blower and saw I hanging low with no seal then how can you honestly say that there was no issue with my AC! Instead they advised that we should upgrade to a bigger unit instead of actually fixing the trouble. I won’t use Economy Air anymore. I’d rather use someone like Stuart’s who actually repairs and resolves the issue rather than trying to sell you a new unit!!Thanks to Stuart’s my AC is up and running and now it’s cool in the house and the AC isn’t running constantly anymore .Services: HVAC system maintenance

My AC quit working on Thursday. Called the warranty company and was told Economy would be the repair company. Less than 24 hours they had the issue resolved! They were polite, concerned, and punctual.

We would use this company again for sure! Very friendly people that knows what their doing. Donavan and Mike our service techs were the best, both professional and friendly. Had the new compressor in and running quickly. Good thing, because it's over 100 degrees today. Thanks also to Dana for keeping us well informed thru the ordering of equipment and scheduling.
