After a very negative experience at Lowes, my husband and I went to DFW flooring, having reviewed their positive feedback online. My mom, who also lives with us, wanted her room done, so we all traveled together to the showroom. From the moment we entered, Mike Spitzberg was highly attentive and walked us through the installation process. He has amazing people skills and wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Kris, who orchestrated our quote, was also very likeable and proactive with returning the estimate on the spot. thanks Mike! looking at engineered hardwood samples, because we will likely need our new improperly installed flooring replaced soon. was having spasms in the middle of conversation & swearing like a sailor, but Mike took it all in stride. nice guy. very good prices on very good flooring.

DFW Flooring replaced the carpet in our house a few years ago and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and the price. We returned recently to get some help after a flood, and Kyle was amazing. He knew exactly what we needed and was professional and courteous.
