Teresa is Awesome! She listens to your concerns and what areas need the most work. When the session begins, she provides a quiet, non-talking atmosphere so you can relax and enjoy the massage. I highly recommend seeing her!
I appreciate Teresa's knowledge and experience in massage therapy. I've used her for 11 years and I always leave feeling better. She communicates well by telling me what is going on in my body and why I feel the way I do. She also tells me ways to help myself at home. She always strives to make sure I am comfortable during and after the massage. I highly suggest booking an hour and a half to get the most from your massage.
Teresa is absolutely amazing!! She is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I know. She doesn’t try to carry on conversations, she lets you enjoy the peace and quiet and massage!!
