Pleasant, prompt, fair. I had Reeds out for a refrigerator repair that was very messy. Ice had formed in the walls. Not only was he careful to get all the ice out, and keep the floor protected., but he even helped clean behind the fridge before moving it back in place. Hopefully, I won't have any more appliance problems, but if I do, I'll call Reeds for certain.
