Ordering online was very easy. The flowers were delivered within a few hours. The arrangement was perfect!! The balloon and the box of chocolate were a great extra touch. My mother truly was surprised with such a beautiful gift. I highly recommend The Flower Shop.

The flowers which were for my wife in celebration of her birthday, were beautiful. She was so pleased at their arrival, she was moved to tears. Thanks for a lovely cheerful arrangement of flowers!

Would have rather if they didn't have flowers ordered that even if they substitute some money ought to be refunded to customer also website was used they could have easily updated website that certain arrangements not available due to lack of the flowers necessary to make arrangement also I ordered a certain balloon with order and that balloon was also substituted without notice and no break on money even though it was a lessor balloon these are things that could be addressed to make future customers feel better about their purchases might would order from company again but not 100% satisfied with order lucky enough for me my girlfriend enjoyed the gift
